Consensus indicates that bullpen catchers are not coaches, so how about "field coordinators"? Jayce Tingler does not fill one of the conventional coaching roles (bench, third base, first base, pitching, hitting, bullpen et cetera). Fails WP:BASE/N and from what I can tell, WP:GNG.
