Fails WP:GNG. There are is no significant coverage in WP:RS. The only reference besides his Discogs profile is his personal website. Maybe someone can come up with something in another language, but there is nothing to support this person's notability, especially the claim that he is "one of the pioneer producers of the Portuguese electronic music scene."
