Christopher James Bloore is a British Labour Party politician who has been Member of Parliament for Redditch since 2024.[1]

Political career[edit]

Bloore was previously a Bromsgrove South county councillor. He resigned midway through his term after his election in 2017 to work in Toronto, Canada;[2] his resignation triggered a by-election which was won by the Conservative Party, with Labour finishing fourth.[3] Bloore was selected as the parliamentary candidate for Redditch in February 2024.[4] During the election campaign, it was reported that Bloore has deleted his online employment history.[5]

Bloore lives in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.[6]
