A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or send an email with copy of a written permission to OTRS (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org).

Hola. Sorry for writting in English: my spanish skills are very limited to write, but ok to read.

I've deleted the Image:Adolfoarrieta.jpg because you have missed to add a copyright status template. See Commons:Licencia incompleta for more information on it.

Additionally, it is great that you have mailed the owner of the picture. But please follow the instructions from the page Commons:OTRS/es, to make it verifiable by everyone (and pay special attention to the page Commons:Modelos de mensajes, since an authorization that mentions something like ok to use on Wikipedia is insufficient for us).
