Since 1975, RLI has offered this qualified retirement plan that provides shares of RLI stock to employees based on company profitability. All employees at all levels are owners and collectively, with other insiders, own 9% of the company. RLI's ESOP empowers and enables you to share in the profits that result from your daily work.
