In the The Legend of Zelda comics by Valiant Comics, the Old King's Tomb is one of the many places that Link and Princess Zelda must cross to reach the Island of Hyron. After Zelda reveals to Link that she wishes to reach the Island of Hyron to obtain the Magic Flute that will warp her and the Triforce of Wisdom far away from Ganon's grasp, the young hero comments that they will have to cross through the King's Tomb on their way to the island.[6]

King's Tomb is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][name references needed] The King's Tomb goes unnamed in Breath of the Wild.
Features and Overview
The Adventure of Link
The King's Tomb is located in the Graveyard and to the southwest of the Mido Town. The King's Tomb can be easily spotted as being a lone cross in the middle of the entire Graveyard.
Error of Ruto Town tells Link of a secret tunnel to the south of King's Tomb that leads to the Island Palace.[2]
Breath of the Wild
The King's Tomb may be found at the peak of Mount Hylia. It consists of a Tombstone under which King Rhoam was buried, following his death during the second Great Calamity.[3] Similarly to Wagons, the King's Tomb can be searched once to obtain a Material. Possible candidates include a Flint, an Amber, or an Opal.
While under the guise of the Old Man, King Rhoam can be found standing next to his own Tomb. He will comment on the Plateau's beauty,[4] and, should Link not have a Warm Doublet, give him one for the trouble of making it there.[5]

Trivia
- In the Japanese version of The Adventure of Link, the King's Tomb area features different colors and a darker sky. Instead of the Old Woman, there are a few Bots and a Red Goriya. This area was moved a few spaces southwest from the King's Tomb in the international versions.
- Breath of the Wild's internal game files refer to King Rhoam's Tombstone as the "King's Tomb."[7]
