Zapps Wholesale strictly adheres to a "No Returns Policy" for all product purchases made through our wholesale distribution store in North Carolina, except in cases where we have delivered the wrong product to the customer.

2. Liquidated Status:

Our products are considered to be in a liquidated status. This means that they are sold "as is," and they may vary in terms of quality, packaging, or condition. Customers should be aware that these products are inherently unpredictable, and the risk associated with their quality and performance lies with the customer upon purchase.

3. Understanding the Nature of Liquidated Products:

Liquidated products are often excess or surplus items from various sources. They may be discontinued, overstocked, or returned items, and as such, we do not have control over their individual quality, packaging, or functionality.

4. No Exceptions (Except for Wrong Deliveries):

Zapps Wholesale does not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Packaging damage.
  • Damaged or defective items.

The only exception to this policy is in a case where we ship the wrong product to the customer. In such cases, we will remedy the situation accordingly.

5. Inspection and Acceptance:

Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting all products upon delivery or pickup to ensure that they meet their requirements. Once a product has been accepted by the customer, it is considered final, and no return requests will be entertained, except for cases of wrong product deliveries.

7. Cancellation of Orders:

Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed. Please place your order carefully and ensure that it meets your specific needs. In the case that an invoice needs modified, Zapps Wholesale reserves the right to collect modification and restocking fees for efforts already completed.
