트루 블루는 2003년부터 2017년까지 캘리포니아주립대(UCLA)의 모든 운동팀의 색깔이었던 파우더 블루보다 더 깊고 로열 블루보다 가벼운 블루 톤이다. 트루 블루는 팬톤 매칭 시스템 색상 2386C이다.[10] 트루 블루 색상은 짙은 아지랑이의 색이다.

USC 트로이안스를 상대로 한 축구 승리가 끝난 뒤 UCLA가 벨을 손에 넣었을 때 빅토리 벨을 들고 있는 프레임의 색상은 True Blue로 칠해졌다.[11]
