    We know we don't love ads, we do! We have no plans in getting rid of the ads, but we are collecting feedback and we are always trying to improve the ad experience. In general, we do offer an ad-free experience if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus, but of course it's not mandatory. Thanks!

    Hi Brian, thank you for sharing your feedback with us! Yes, currently it does default to Priority and not the other tabs, including "All." We do not have the ability to customize/default the tabs to your preference, yet, but will certainly share your feedback with the right team. Thanks again!

    Yes, we are merging all these types of thread together. Please do not create new ones, please add to this one! That way the ads team can see all the feedback in one place! Also, know we have no control on who purchases ads with us or what shows in the platform. We are still sharing your feedback with the right team. Thanks!

    Hi Lee, can you be a bit more specific on what you're seeing? We usually do different experiments and not all users see the same thing. So we're not sure what you're seeing. As always the more info you can provide us, the more we can help or investigate. Thanks.

    To clarify, we DO have plans to bring Dark Mode to our new desktop experience. Stay tuned on that! Coming soon!
    We currently do NOT have plans to bring in different themes. Themes can be in a separate thread here, and we'll continue to share the feedback with our team in case they decide to bring it in the near future. Thanks!

    Hi there, are you not getting any emails? Certain emails from a certain email address? Or emails with verification codes? And, are you getting emails just fine in the mobile web version or the app? Can you check elsewhere? This will help us narrow down the issue. Thanks.
