can we pin emails to the top of the inbox or something that would serve the same purpose?
perhaps the ability to have a folder open automatically on opening that we can shift our emails into? (not as good but if pin not possible)

Make the font larger and the user able to change it at will
You took away the regular font and now I have small font and my eyes aren't great and this is putting a strain on them. Trying to enlarge the font doesn't work. This is a horrible idea, why would you do this to people?

"To:" searches should work similar to "From:" searches. THEY DON'T. For example...
The "To:" search is broken. It should work very much like the "From:" search, but it doesn't. For example:
Let's say I have been emailing, Back AND Forth, with [email protected].
If I search for "From:corboy", the results DO correctly show some of the emails.
If I search for "To:corboy", the results are Incorrectly empty.
If that isn't and error, then it is certainly a weakness.
I am a Yahoo Mail+ subscriber, so I am also surprised that your email searches don't allow the use of wildcard symbols.

I don't think you can improve it. It is beyond insane! Suddenly I can't move emails into categories I want to keep or view later.
Please just forward ALL the email I get from Yahoo mail to my gmail account where I will be able to organize the emails I get. What you've done is INSANITY!! I'm done with Yahoo mail.

Fix your security for apple mail client. Nobody wants to go to 10 email accounts, hence mail clients.
Apple Mail client: I have 10 email accounts and only one gives me constantly an !. It is of course the Yahoo Account that does not work very often. Most of the time I get this exclamation mark ! then I try to click on it and of course still nothing happens as expected. Time for you to fix that problem and since nobody reads this message anyway, I have no high hopes that this will ever be resolved, we live in a world that no longer humans are in but rather just machines that are too dumb to fix…

Outdated options
I need to see the file size of my emails. I've called support and they say, it's not an option. I have both Outlook and Gmail accounts and they have way more options. Why is there little to no settings for what you see to enhance productivity? I really don't want to transfer my emails.

It would be helpful if we could create an email template that only has to be updated to be sent for recurrent emails in updating the receiver of changes from the last email on the subject. For example, a project is underway, and the receiver needs to know four things. You create a template and give a status on those four things. You change only one thing the next day because that is all that changed. The other three are the same, but you don't have to copy and paste or rewrite the previous email.

Absolutely stunning and an inconvenience you can't email or contact support any longer in yahoo without paying for premium support. You have blocked a domain from emailing my account for no reason The spf and dkim, and dmarc are all tested and set and verified correct. So now I can't get important email or find a solution to resolve this problem I will now close my account that has been with you since 1995. Your priorities yahoo is in the wrong place, greed and saving a buck at your consumer's expense.

Block Ads that are coming between my emails and on the RHS screen of my Dell laptop

Don't delete e-mails
Yahoo deleted all e-mails and prevented new ones from being sent without saying anything, and now can't restore any of them. Unbelievable that they're allowed to just wipe everything without saying anything and even more so just prevent the account from receiving new e-mails.

Stop the idiotic security code.
This is the second time in a row I had to have a security code sent to log into my email.
I guess the first time was because of losing power during the hurricane - improper logoff or something.
I have no idea why it's happening again. Very annoying. Stop it.

Problem. Search in mail very inconsistent. sometimes only goes back 7 to 10 days
Search fails. android app, pc browser... only gets results from last 7 to 10 days. Please fix it
