Stop opening a new tab when I check my mail
I just want my mail to open on the same tab, no need to always open a new tab. Just creates an extra tab to close out.

What is this obnoxious large circle covering a good bit of my message allowing me to skip to my next unread message? Garbage, absolute garbage. How do I hide it? I can't! Not in settings.

Please give an option to turn off the category tabs altogether and allow us just to view all new messages in the same place. They are very annoying and definitely do not do anything to increase the usability of the interface.

Video Ads & Sound Autoplay
Stop Video Ads and Sound from playing. It interrupts my conversations and everything else. If I like the ad, I will click on it. Do you want people to switch to other mail providers because of a simple fix? You need to post ads, I get it, but they do not need to autoplay. It's 2024. Other Email Providers are not doing this. I don't want to change my autoplay settings for all websites just because of yours.

When I post comments to an article on the Yahoo home page, I always received an email letting me someone liked the comment, or someone responded to it. I know longer receive those email alerts. What could be the problem?

Make the font larger and the user able to change it at will
You took away the regular font and now I have small font and my eyes aren't great and this is putting a strain on them. Trying to enlarge the font doesn't work. This is a horrible idea, why would you do this to people?

I need to see the file size of my emails. I've called support and they say, it's not an option. I have both Outlook and Gmail accounts and they have way more options. Why is there little to no settings for what you see to enhance productivity? I really don't want to transfer my emails.

Block Ads that are coming between my emails and on the RHS screen of my Dell laptop
I need your urgent help. My yahoo email ID is [email protected]. For the 1st time since yesterday, Saturday 28 Sept 2024, ads are coming after every 10 emails in my yahoo email. I am shocked because this is very distracting and irritating. Ads have always come on the RHS panel in my laptop but now an ad panel is appearing between my emails. Give me an option to mute audio on the ads or stop them from auto playing, this is still a problem aparently
I still get auto playing audio ads, despite the note that says the problem is fixed. If you can't stop it at least give me an settings option to mute audio from the page.

opening our mailbox
I don't know why yahoo would change how we open our mailbox but when clicking on our mailbox now opens a new tab which I hate. It's not that big of a deal but it's still a pain.
