Inbox search field defect
I am going to be nice and polite, although I don't want to be because the egregiousness of this defect warrants severe criticism. And that is, why on Earth would searching for specific senders in my Inbox produce a message saying 'search the web for [blank]? I am in my Inbox. I wish to search for email from a specific sender. If I wanted to search the web, I would have not been in my email account.

Contacts are screwed up
1 - I added a new contact and now when I search the name, it says no matching contacts found. And yes it's there.
2 - I've tried to delete a contact multiple times and it won't delete.
3 - I have contacts set to come up by first name. Apparently Yahoo doesn't know what the alphabet is because they're not coming up in alphabetical order. They come up under the correct heading, i.e. A, B, C etc. - but are all out of order under that heading.

Hello, i am a premium user, i monthly pay, for Yahoo Mail PRO, and even though, in my Yahoo Mail PRO Inbox i cannot pin a important email received (for example: a doctor appointment, an important meeting on Zoom, a police car registration appointment, or something else that is an important appointment). Outlook has something very smart as pin message and keep it above the others, why Yahoo Mail doesnt have it? Or this should be at least for PRO Users as i am , my email is [email protected]. Formatting, Line-Spacing, Underlining
Formatting - current formatting copies the formatting of adjacent lines. It's difficult to over-ride this default. We should be able to easily change the formatting in each line . Line Spacing - the default is bad, annoying, and time-consuming to correct. Please make single-spacing the default. Please Add Underline to the formatting options at the bottom. Stop All Mail box and go back to the Inbox Mail
The All Mail box is no good. I lost mail I had in other folders which was very important to me. Inbox show 4 messages but when I go to the inbox it is empty. Have to go to the All Mail box and then it shows. Please put me back to the old way of usaing yahoo mail.

category tabs
Please give an option to turn off the category tabs altogether and allow us just to view all new messages in the same place. They are very annoying and definitely do not do anything to increase the usability of the interface.

Contact list is crummy
My contact list is full but when I try to type in a name it shows nothing. I click on the word "TO" and am told I have no contacts. I can't get the contact list to print and I'm concerned I will have zero contacts some day and not be able to retrieve them. Where are my contacts?????????

Putting some new messages into inbox and some into "All Mail" SUCKS!!! It's horrible. You've ruined a good experience.
Being able to make different folders is great. But having YOU decide which folders new messages go to is IDIOTIC!!! Yahoo Mail was simple and convenient. NOW, you are diverting some new messages into All Mail, and some new messages into Inbox. That's MORONIC!!! All new messages should go into Inbox. Then LET US DECIDE where to put them. How can I get it back the way it was?????

Video Ads & Sound Autoplay
Stop Video Ads and Sound from playing. It interrupts my conversations and everything else. If I like the ad, I will click on it. Do you want people to switch to other mail providers because of a simple fix? You need to post ads, I get it, but they do not need to autoplay. It's 2024. Other Email Providers are not doing this. I don't want to change my autoplay settings for all websites just because of yours.
