We operate our firm ethically and with integrity by addressing our climate impact, maintaining data security and privacy, and staying accountable as we make progress.
In 2024, the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi) validated our 2045 net-zero target. Additionally, the SBTi approved our near-term greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction target to achieve a 48.8% absolute reduction of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030 (compared to our 2019 base year) and a 55% reduction of Scope 3 GHG emissions per full-time equivalent by 2030 (compared to our 2019 base year).

Placing health equity at the heart of our business is key to improving health outcomes for all. We work to understand and address the social drivers of health, bringing together stakeholders in healthcare and beyond to tackle inequities.
As a signal of our commitment, we joined 40-plus organizations in signing the World Economic Forum’s Zero Health Gaps Pledge as well as signed the Healthcare Leadership Council’s pledge to advance health equity.
