could you please help me? I think that my account was blocked erroneously.

I have just tried to login to wikidata at a workshop. To my knowledge I was never logged in there. At the workshop, I was told to use the same account as for wikipedia. I could succesfully access mi wikipedia account but could not use it for the wikidata. When trying to login in wikidata, I receive the following message:
