@ערן: It is a common mistake to mix up the municipality of X with the populated area of X. There can be websites about them, but they are never "official" since nobody can claim to represent the populated place. They also never have "sister citys". Coat of arms normally belongs to administrative entities. And urban areas are not administrative entities. They are statistical entities defined by Statistics Sweden. Citys as administrative entities has existed in Sweden, and some of them had a coat of arms, but they all have items of their own, separate from the urban areas.
