Name-surname
[edit]I added him to given name "Bahtiyar" (Q96281845) simply because the Commons category was opened under the title "Bahtiyar Vahapzade" by an experienced user in AZ:WP who is also an admin there. He lived in times under different cultures, therefore his name and surname can be written in different ways in today's Latin alphabet. I simply followed course from Commons, the name can be changed, here and anywhere. I have no claims of profound information on the subject (these names) but I have seen WPs using "Bakhtiyar" which is simply funny. For me either you follow the old convention and write Bahtiar or Bakhtiar (no y) or come to the contemporary name and write Bahtiyar. Whatever. Simply explaining what I did and why and I have nothing at stake. My two cents. --E4024 (talk) 23:15, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
