You can use the following form to generate an skeleton documentation page for your language. You can then expand it gradually over time. Some examples of well-developed documentation pages include those for Bengali, Slovak, and German.
If possible, the code should be a valid existing code (for example: ISO 639 (Q33547) or IETF language tag (Q1059900)). If it does not exist, you can create your own code, although you should probably talk about it first on Wikidata talk:Lexicographical data.
