On this website, employees can give feedback on each other's achievements. Furthermore, it is the place to assess our relationship with our work and the company. That way it is possible to address issues such as the level of satisfaction with the workplace among employees.

The tool is used for 1:1 scheduling, feedbacks between leaders and subordinates, monitoring how the employees' work week was, and recording compliments for any employee in the company.

Here at my work, we use Qulture.Rocks to give feedback to others and see OKR. We can give weekly feedback to our leader, telling how we are feeling, what is good, what is bad, and leave any free comments. We can also give feedback to one person or a group of persons. :)

We're using at the whole organization as a feedback platform. We use it to give weekly feedback on mood and feeling about the past week of work, where we can tell our superiors and HR how was the last week, and why it was that way. Also, we use it to ask and give more detailed feedback. The company also run some research through it.

It really helps us asking detailed feedback between pairs and from our superiors. Of course, we can always ask for them directly, but the platform lets us be more specific about what we want to know and gives time and space for whoever is answering, so this allows the feedback to be more precise and assertive.

The platform is used across. We use it for different functionality. For example, we have the possibility to score 1:1 with anyone in the company, but in most cases, we use it with our leaders, when we need to ask questions or provide some kind of feedback. We are also able to consult the schedule of our OKRs on a daily basis, which brings employees closer to the main concerns of the company as an organic institution. It is noteworthy that we also have the opportunity to praise teams and demonstrate their engagement. It is worth mentioning that through Qulture.Rocks we can also monitor an internal tool called "EvoluWill", which serves as a method to monitor the development and progress of each team member, tracing their path through the company and projecting future professional goals.

As I mentioned before, the big gains in using Qulture.Rocks are in the simplified way of being able to recognize the team's work in a very broad way. Furthermore, the possibility of following the career of each individual member of the company is something remarkable. I feel that Qulture.Rocks is able to contribute a lot to the scenario of new companies, such as startups, due to the younger audience. I don't think it would be suitable for more traditional companies, although they need to learn from this new era.

The Qulture.Rocks platform provides greater agility and centralization in performance evaluations, in receiving and sending feedbacks, and [in] demonstrating goals and OKR's. This centralization makes it easier for users to have access to this information in a didactic and quick way so as not to interfere in their daily lives.

In general, the information is very specific and very helpful. How, performance evaluations, sending and receiving [feedback,] personal development plans, and goal management. However, it leaves something to be desired in the synchronization of these activities and in the automatic sending of information to all employees in a practical way.

Qulture.Rocks is being used by the whole organization as an important assessment and recognition tool between colleagues. All the platform is well-built, intuitive and you feel excited to use it. I can evaluate my company, have a sense of [organizational] climate and motivation, and also following my performance by the means of my leader's [feedback] at the same time.

  • Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
  • You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.
This platform is well-suited when it comes to [providing] feedback, giving recognition, and [establishing] OKRs [for] each area and department. Development is also aimed and used mainly by the means of weekly [feedback.]
This is less appropriate for daily conversations like is done on Slack because it's a platform more related to professional purposes.

The Qulture.Rocks has been used by everyone in my company. Qulture.Rocks resolves issues such as sending and requesting feedback from teammates. It is also possible to schedule a conversation with the leader and mark the next ones. After this conversation with the leader, it is possible to highlight the goals to be met and their evolution in solving them.

Qulture.Rocks has been used for formal feedbacks, 1:1 with our managers and for chart. Our feedbacks features that we're using goes around weekly reports about how was the employee week in term of "sentiments." Starts with mad (bad) and goes right at exciting (great).

Qulture.Rocks is used by my company to get the employees closer to each other. This platform help me to interact with my leadership and my colleagues, I can help them by giving them feedbacks, asking them for feebacks, tell my colleagues how I felt during the past week and getting to know them a bit more.

Will Bank uses Qulture.Rocks across the whole organization. We use it a lot, on weekly basis to address and align our expectations with the leaders, share our feelings, professional or personal issues and challenges and also to give and receive feedback from the pairs. The principal business problem that the platform Qulture.Rocks addresses is gain time in the relations between leaders and employees, because with the weekly uses allows that the meetings 1:1 can be more concise once the both parts already knows the issues and they can focus in the solutions and action plans.

It's well suited to plan personal development goals with the PDI tool. It's also good to plan the subjects and objectives to 1:1 meetings with the leader. Another great way to use it is to engage the employees to give feedback for everyone, not only your own team. A less appropriate scenario would be planning the tasks in a more detailed manner, that's not the objective here (in my opinion).

It is more being used by a department of Customer Experience, but whole organization uses this tool. The software is mostly used for feedbacks (one by one), OKR's alignment and praise between peers and colleagues. The software came to overcome the pain of not having a unified performance management as complete as Qulture.Rocks presented as a solution.

Qulture.Rocks is being used mainly as a feedback platform, and the most used one.
We like to compliment other employees using the integration with app Slack that makes a positive impact on the employees daily experiences. And also to create new meetings, more likely 1:1s with the leader of the team.

For companies in general that don't have much offline communication it is great, because it helps people to communicate especially when there're some difficult themes to talk about. In the organization that I work [at] we use Qulture.Rocks to give our co-workers positive feedbacks about their work. We use it a lot to talk about any contributions that a colleague gives us, no matter if we're part of the same sector. It's been used by the whole organization, by all teams.

I don't think that, in my company, there is a scenario where Qulture.Rocks is inappropriate. We use it everyday to make our colleagues feel better through compliments and feedbacks about their contributions, their jobs in general, about some help that they gave us, about anything that [caught our attention in a different] way because of that person. So, when we publish something in the platform, it goes public and everyone with access to the company systems can be aware of our good job.
