It's always something weird that has to do with licensing or something like that where we figure out a way to break it.   • As a result for this product has been kind of easy to adopt, it's the rate of adoption among the administrators was pretty high and it was very fast paced so it didn't require us to go through the whole process of involving a vendor to have them trained and so on.
