Easy website to use though super expensive for someone just starting out. I highly recommend weighing options atleast at the start before you have to drop a grand to form an LLC. Otherwise, easy to use and the ribbon cutting at the end is a cute touch.

I didn’t quite know what to expect. The attorney, Dustin, was very knowledgeable on my topics of interest. He told me that I needed to see a tax specialist, when that was needed for deeper analysis on a topic. He was very easy to talk to and explained several options for consideration. It was a pleasant and succinct conversation.

The agents worked to find a thorough answer to questions.
However, it would have been very beneficial to have had full disclosure as to what the service being offered contained and what it didn't. It created confusion to later find out the phone call info wasn't all of it and that further questions would be coming without knowing all the components that would go into a dissolution.

Started two LLCs and paid extra for the process to be expedited. Had great experience using Legal Zoom for our other businesses earlier in the year. However, this time the expected completion dates have come and gone by over a month...still waiting for operating agreements and EINs. Chats and calls to customer service has been professional but unable to resolve the continued delays.

I filed for two incorporations with this company in mid-August 2024. Now, 2.5 months later, neither company is incorporated. Their promised timelines couldn't be further from reality, and customer service repeats the same excuses each time. They repeatedly open tickets, promising to update me by email—yet no updates ever arrive. If you have endless time to wait and immense patience for a support team that seems clueless about your case status, LegalZoom might work for you. But if you need a fast incorporation, I strongly recommend consulting an incorporation lawyer. It might cost a bit more, but it's likely worth it. I'm thoroughly disappointed with LegalZoom and will never use their services again. They don’t even deserve a one-star review.

Changing registered agents! I was paying about $1255.20 when I calculated all the filing fees with tailored brands and I’m happy to say I don’t pay that at all with legal zoom just the yearly fee of $249. I’m a small business owner and having a registered agent that works to help me instead of against me means a lot! Do your research before you get your LLC folks!

The agent that assisted me was terrific! Not only did he determine that, despite the email I received saying that my renewal payment had not gone through, my payment had posted. He let me know he would work with the tech area so that I won’t receive any further automated messages of this kind. In addition, and this is what really made him terrific in my opinion, he checked my account to ensure that I had filed a recently added necessary form with the IRS, which I had. Super service and one more reason I am a satisfied client of Legal Zoom!

It felt robotic. I do not understand why there is this call after you pay? Why are you not qualifying people before they pay? If I made a mistake and cannot get a Trademark would I get a refund? Makes no sense. I have ready paid $650 for an attorney who is not willing to take 5 extra minutes to ask these same qualifying questions?? Why can't anyone speak to your refund policy? For instance, if you do not qualify for a TM, how would you get the $650 refunded back to you? Seems like an incredibly shady backwards business practice.
