She was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our requests. Once on the trip, the local tour operators were very professional and always kept us informed of the days and upcoming events. We were a party of 4 and all our travels were private for the 4 of us. I highly recommend Inca Travels and look forward to booking our next adventure.

Inca Expert Travel staff, from our travel advisor, Noelia, to the tour guides and drivers in Peru, and support staff on Whatsapp are top notch, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendlly, and pleasant to work with. We were well taken cared of and felt safe at all times.

We were also very impressed with the itinerary and the sequence, starting from Lima, to Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. We felt like we were on a pilgrimage, though not intended. It made us appreciate the information shared by each tour guide more.

Our trip coordinator, Debbie, made planing for the trip very easy, from creating an itinerary based on our availability and places we wanted to visit, to providing information about what to expect regarding climate, local customs, and practical things to consider during our visit, to staying on top of all the prep work needed (documentation, bookings, tickets, etc.) as the trip was getting closer to start.
Once in Perú, everything was executed according to the plan. The guides and drivers were always on time, were kind, and knowledgeable and proud of the Peruvian history and culture which made us appreciate even more the places we visited and the people we met. They seemed to be enjoying their job, never rushed through anything, and made us feel welcomed.
Everyone knew that we were on an anniversary trip and congratulated us, even at the hotels they left notes for us. That really made it extra special for us.

It was most definitely my best trip ever, and thanks to you and your team for making it flawless. It was a perfect itinerary, especially the acclimatization in Cusco, it was required. We had a blast exploring the city on our own and then the tours with your guides. We went to the restaurants on your brochures and they were 5star.
All the guides were v. polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. The hikes were beautiful, and the right size for my family. We had great views of Machu Picchu and other places.
Amazon lodge was excellent in service, accommodation and the excursions. It was a perfectly packed trip, the memories would stay a long time with us.

Eli was great in the planning, even last minute changes were easy. We were entirely happy, everyone was on time, waiting for us, the guides were fantastic. We did two weeks and a LOT of different places, but it was easy because Inca Expert set it all up. Itinerary was so detailed it made it fool-proof!

I am still dealing with the hangover as it is a very amazing experience, albeit “bucket list fulfilling”. Thanks to Inca Expert.

I have nothing negative to say but only praises! Everything is very well organized in terms of logistics, scheduling, and lodging arrangements. The guides (Gustavo, Ruth, and Joel) are very knowledgeable. The drivers are amazing as well. They ensured that we get to our destinations safely.

We all had an amazing time throughout the entire trip. Even with our mom getting sick, the coordination between your team and the guides to allow us to comfortably continue on the trek was outstanding.

We would rate the overall experience a 10, and have already recommended your company to others asking about our trip.

The hotels were excellent and were well above our expectations.

Our tour guides throughout our day trips were all wonderful. Each was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to meet our schedule and adjustments.

The hiking company was also great, both our guides were excellent and we were again grateful with their handling of our mom’s situation. The porters were friendly as well and we enjoyed our time with the whole team during our trek.

Inca Expert made our trip to Argentina absolutely amazing. They were able to coordinate 4 different locations (Mendoza, Buenos Aires, El Chalten, El Calafate) seamlessly. Our stay in each location was at a great hotel, the price was reasonable and they were able to tailor the experience exactly to what we wanted!

In particular Liela Dancuart, our travel advisor, was a major help with the planning. She towed the line between providing insightful advice as to how to make our trip the best, but did not railroad us into a vacation that didn't suit our travel style and wants. I would work with her again and again (and plan to for our ski trip to Chile).

If you are going to Argentina, the wine tours in Mendoza are phenomenal and be sure to check out Soberana in Mendoza, the meal was out of this world.

If you have the opportunity and like to hike, the trip to El Chalten is worth it. The vistas - amazing. The town - charming. The people - a blast. We stayed in Destino Sur, and it was a 5 star experience in a location at the bottom of world. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Our agent provided us with the most amazing itinerary. She listened to our preferences and included all of wishes as well as all of the major highlights given the time we had. Inca Experts did such a great job in planning our trip! The itinerary was wonderful and we got a chance to see so many beautiful places in Peru. The trip itinerary was well orchestrated. We were lucky enough to be in Ollantaytambo for their 150 year celebration and saw the parade, concerts, and celebrations with folks from the town. We also experienced Halloween in Cusco which was amazing and the town was filled with kids and parents in costumes. From the Amazon to Machu Picchu to Palccoyo Mountain we were amazed by the scenery and enjoyed the food and folks we met. We highly recommend Inca Experts and the professional efforts they provided to plan our trip.

We had a great time in Peru. Maria Jose helped us plan an excellent trip, balancing foodie dining experiences with guided tours through all of the key Incan ruins. All of our transportation was where it was supposed to be, when it was supposed to be, and all of our guides did a great job educating us while catering to our specific interests and preferences. Inca travel did an outstanding job creating a customized itinerary to meet and exceed my expectations while traveling to Peru. Our guides and drivers were all excellent. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. We were guided every step of the way, we always knew where to go and what to do next, we always felt safe.
