Cullen, after 1973.1 He died on 21 April 2012 at age 84.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the Irish Guards.1 He was director of Stewart, Smith and Company.1 He lived in 2003 at 15 Wilton Street, London, England.1
