     Elizabeth Frances Bernard was the daughter of Joseph Bernard.1 She married James William Cusack, son of Athanasius Cusack and Mary Ann Rotheram, in April 1818.1 She died on 4 September 1837.1
     From April 1818, her married name became Cusack.

     Henry Thomas Cusack was born on 20 October 1820.2 He was the son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Frances Bernard.2 He married Sophia Anne Tanner, daughter of William Tanner, in 1854.2 He died on 6 January 1865 at age 44.2
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal North Devon Mounted Rifles.2 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law.2 He lived at Abbeville House, County Dublin, IrelandG.2

Sir Ralph Smith Cusack1

     Sir Ralph Smith Cusack was born on 16 November 1821.2 He was the son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Frances Bernard.2 He married Elizabeth Barker, daughter of Richard Barker, on 23 April 1850.2 He died on 3 March 1910 at age 88.2
     He graduated from Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was a practising Barrister-at-Law in 1845.2 He was Clerk of Crown & Hanaper between 1858 and 1881.2 He was chairman of the Midland Great West Railway of Ireland between 1865 and 1905.2 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1873.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He lived at Furry Park, Raheny, County Dublin, IrelandG.2

     Major Ralph Smith Oliver Cusack was born on 20 December 1875.2 He was the son of James William Cusack and Elizabeth Watson Morrison.2 He married, secondly, Euphan Jobson.2 He married, firstly, Arabella Mabel Ormsby, daughter of John Arthur Cooper Ormsby, on 17 June 1905.2 He died in 1965, without issue.2
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Army Service Corps.2 He lived at Abbeville House, County Dublin, IrelandG.2
