He married Barbara Pierce on 6 January 1945 at Rye, Westchester County, New York, U.S.A.^G. He died on 30 November 2018 at age 94 at Houston, Texas, U.S.A.¹
     Was vice-president under Ronald Reagan and won the 1988 Election over Michael
S. Dukakis by a popular vote of 47,917,341 to 41,013,030 and an electoral vote
of 426 to 112. J. Danforth Quayle was his vice-president. Lost the 1992
election to Bill Clinton. Had served as US Representative to the United
Nations under Richard Nixon. Became director of the Central Intelligence
Agency in 1976 and vice-president in 1980. He was U.S. President between 20 January 1989 and 20 January 1993.¹

She married Timothy Bush, son of Richard Bush and Mary Fairbanks, on 12 April 1759 at Hebron, Connecticut, U.S.A.^G. She died circa 1819 at Springport, New York, U.S.A.^G.

     Timothy Bush was born on 1 April 1766 at Lebanon, Connecticut, U.S.A.^G. He was the son of Timothy Bush and Deborah House. He married Lydia Newcomb, daughter of Daniel Newcomb and Elizabeth May, on 26 July 1791 at Penfield, Monroe County, New York, U.S.A.^G. He died in May 1850 at age 84 at Rochester, Monroe County, New York, U.S.A.^G.

She died on 14 September 1835 at age 72 at Penfield, Monroe County, New York, U.S.A.^G.

     Obadiah Newcomb Bush was born on 28 January 1797. He was the son of Timothy Bush and Lydia Newcomb. He married Harriet Smith, daughter of Dr. Sanford Smith and Priscilla Whipple, on 8 November 1821 at Rochester, Monroe County, New York, U.S.A.^G. He died circa 1851, on a trip from California.

     Harriet Smith was born on 12 May 1800 at Cambridge, Washington County, New York, U.S.A.^G. She was the daughter of Dr. Sanford Smith and Priscilla Whipple. She married Obadiah Newcomb Bush, son of Timothy Bush and Lydia Newcomb, on 8 November 1821 at Rochester, Monroe County, New York, U.S.A.^G. She died on 21 June 1867 at age 67 at Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A.^G.
     Her married name became Bush.
