Why you should listen

As president and CEO of Atlanta’s Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE), Jay Bailey leads the development of the largest center in the world dedicated to empowering Black entrepreneurs. The $50 million center provides more than 70,000 square feet of working space and resources to inspire innovation, create jobs, grow and scale companies and increase wealth in the Black community.

Bailey is a board member of various organizations in the Atlanta area. In 2016, President Barack Obama awarded him the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteer service. He was recently named one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s POWER 100 Most Influential Leaders and declared one of the 500 Most Powerful Leaders in the City by Atlanta Magazine.
