Received 2 helix glasses as gift in January. Like the spinning idea glass was cheaply made but liked all the less. After 6 months one of the glasses developed. Crack along the lower helix. It may have been a tiny crack that was not noticed. The crack is now very noticeable. Contacted Grommet and response was we will give you free shipping on a future order. Not that they would replace the glass. The glass was never dropped or damaged in any way. Clearly appears to be a defect in manufacture but Grommet wants no responsibility
