Ground

Ships via FedEx Ground to Contiguous US, Alaska, Canada, Monday through Friday. This method is used for less temperature sensitive items such as lab ware and animal health products, bulky and/or heavy items.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical address will be required for orders to be shipped.

Charges: Labware over $20 ships FedEx Ground free of charge to the Contiguous US
Hand Sanitizers, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Dangerous Goods, such as Isopropyl Alcohol, are not eligible for free shipping.
Animal Health Ground products and labware under $20 ship FedEx Ground with a flat rate of $8.95 to the Contiguous US

DANGEROUS GOODS: Dangerous Good products have a hazard material fee and a shipping fee per box shipped. A signature is required upon delivery.

Express Ambient

Ships via FedEx Express Standard Overnight at ambient temperature, Monday through Thursday. Orders received late Thursday until Sunday will ship the following Monday. This method is used by most animal health prescription products. Special requests for overnight shipping on items that typically do not ship overnight may be arranged for an additional fee. Ask a customer service representative for an overnight shipping quote on your specific order.

Ships via FedEx Express Standard Overnight with blue ice packs to ensure proper temperature of product. Orders received late Thursday until Sunday will ship the following Monday. This method is used by animal health vaccines and some animal health prescriptions.
