Robert Daniels RogerEbert.com Between the premise and the lively score, “Survive” is decent enough B-movie background noise that closely mirrors “Dante’s Peak” until something truly remarkable occurs... Rated: 3/4 Jan 10, 2025 Full Review Phil Hoad Guardian This directorial pep, along with invested performances across the board, allows Survive to build a sense of family vulnerabilities that is rawer than the standard cheap audience-identification tactics usually used in blockbuster disaster movies. Rated: 3/5 Jan 7, 2025 Full Review Terry Sherwood Film Threat Despite its flaws, the film offers a visually stunning, albeit flawed, ride that will resonate with viewers who enjoy the genre’s penchant along with fast-paced storytelling. Rated: 8/10 Jan 13, 2025 Full Review Keith Garlington Keith & the Movies (Jardin and Alexander) take a straightforward genre approach – setting the stakes, building tension, and ratcheting up the peril for a taut and fast-paced 85 minutes. Rated: 3.5/5 Jan 9, 2025 Full Review Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com While Jardin is committed to following characters as they experience an unthinkable situation of self-preservation, his sense of upheaval could use some work, as the endeavor is missing a more intense appreciation of global ruin. Rated: C Jan 8, 2025 Full Review Christopher Lloyd The Film Yap A hybrid disaster flick in which a French-American family gets caught out on the high seas, but then planetary realignment results in a desert trek. Low-budget and low-concept, but thrilling enough. Rated: 3.5/5 Jan 8, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Anthony M A lively and entertaining B movie that posits what happens when the world's magnetic poles are suddenly reversed. Spoiler alert, it ain't good! The movie is though, and that's what counts. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/13/25 Full Review Charles J This movie was terrible. The cast started the movie speaking English, and then half way through the movie, everyone started speaking French!!! Absolutely terrible movie!! I wouldn’t recommend this at all!!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/12/25 Full Review Catriona S Reversing the polarity always leads to trouble... French, engaging and violent. Bonus points for the oxygen-crazed killer crabs. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/12/25 Full Review Deano S Started really well then quickly devolved into another film where characters make stupid decisions. I mean really stupid decisions..... so much potential. Also, spoiler (but not really) the film flirted with the idea of a strong male character.... but that of course gets erased early doors. Hahahaha Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/10/25 Full Review Merman h This is just bizarre Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 12/11/24 Full Review Bruce A The idea is good but the development is horrible… this is the first time I take the time to review a film … because what a pity way to waste a theme … Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/10/24 Full Review Read all reviews
