Professor May Tan-Mullins | Provost and Chief Executive Officer, University of Reading Malaysia
Professor May Tan-Mullins is a political ecologist and passionate advocate for sustainability. Prior to assuming her current role as Provost and CEO of the University of Reading Malaysia, she held leadership positions at various higher education institutions, including James Cook University Singapore and the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). Her previous roles encompassed a wide range of academic and administrative responsibilities, including Dean International, Chief Sustainability Officer, Vice Provost of Teaching and Learning, Associate Provost for Global Engagement, Dean of Graduate School, and Director of the Institute of Asia and Pacific Studies. Professor Teck Yong Eng | Deputy Provost (Academic) & Head of HBS
Prof. Eng is the new Deputy Provost of Academic at HBS Malaysia. Prior to joining, he was the head of the Department of Digital and Data-Driven Marketing at the University of Southampton, UK. With nearly 27 years of experience, he has held leadership roles, including Chair of Marketing at several UK business schools. His research focuses on optimizing profitability and stakeholder value using advanced analytics.
Prof. Eng’s expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, and R statistical programming is widely recognized. He has led numerous workshops and executive training sessions, bridging academia and industry. Read more...
Mr Nandan Ramachandran | Deputy Provost (Operations) & Director of SWAS
Mr. Nandan Ramachandran brings over 25 years of experience in the Higher Education industry to his role as Deputy Provost of Operations at UoRM. His diverse background encompasses forging institutional partnerships, developing franchising divisions, international marketing, overseeing professional services, driving business development and campus services with leading as a Senior Project Manager for an Education City project. Mr. Nandan joined the University since its inception in 2012 and his wealth of expertise is a valuable asset to UoRM’s continued growth and success
