I love this mat! I’ll be 70 yrs old next year and Pvolve workouts with this mat make it so much easier for me. I love that the instructors give you modifying options during workouts.

I am really focusing on my pelvic floor and core as I begin my p.volve journey, and I am so glad I chose the p.ball as my first piece of equipment because it helps so much! I love that it keeps me engaged with all my movements and amplifies the workouts in a way that feels good, not painful, when I finish.

My favorite piece of equipment! I don't understand how something so small hurts so good :) my arms, upper back, and shoulders will totally burn out using this thing.
