Without a timetable
Bogdanovic said his wrist isn't really an issue anymore, but his surgically repaired foot is still on the mend. He'll be able to do some on-court stuff during training camp, but he hasn't been cleared for 5-on-5 yet. The Nets are prepared to take a cautious approach with the veteran to open the season.

Not ready for training camp
While Bogdanovic underwent successful surgeries on his left foot and left wrist this offseason, he will be limited in action to begin Brooklyn's training camp. However, the veteran forward was able to compete in an exhibition game earlier in September, so there is a chance he will be ready to go once the regular season rolls around.

Good to go for training camp
Simmons underwent a microscopic partial discectomy to alleviate nerve impingement in his lower back in March but appears to have made a full recovery. The 28-year-old guard made just 15 appearances, including 12 starts, for Brooklyn in 2023-24, averaging 6.1 points, 7.9 rebounds and 5.7 assists in 23.9 minutes. While injuries will always be a concern for Simmons, he could be heavily featured for a rebuilding Nets team in 2024-25.
