Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

    Alternatively, you can track the status of your package here.

  • While your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel your order. You can send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number, keep in mind that in order to get your order to you as soon as possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If your order is no longer able to be canceled you can definitely process a return once you receive your package. Here's  a link to our returns for instructions.

    We are unable to make any changes to an order once placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.

  • If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note, we work quickly to process and ship your order, and once an order has been shipped we are unable to modify the address.

Shipping and Returns

  • We offer free returns for US customers within 90 days of delivery. For international returns, we also accept returns within 90 days of delivery, but please note that international customers will need to provide their own shipping label for returns.

    You can initiate a return here by entering your order number and shipping zip code. US customers can retrieve a pre-paid shipping label. International customers will need to arrange their own shipping method and are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending items back.
    Please note shipping cost will not be refunded upon return.

  • KITSCH currently ships to all states in the US and has international shipping available. For a full list of available shipping locations, please visit the shipping page at checkout. 

  • Orders are shipped same or next day.

    Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

  • We offer standard shipping for $6.82 or free for orders with a subtotal over $35. Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically shipped same or next day and arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.


     We also offer priority shipping for $11.74. Orders shipped via expedited shipping are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 2-3 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

    International orders could take up to 25 days to be delivered, depending on carrier.

Payment

  • We display all prices in USD. When placing an order online, you will want to take into consideration the conversion from USD to your country's currency. Depending on your country's currency, the price paid at checkout may differ from the amount deducted from your bank account.

  • For express checkout, we offer ShopPay, PayPal, and GooglePay. For standard checkout we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Afterpay, Catch and KITSCH gift cards*. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.
