If standing purely on business, evidence is clear on how important Latinos are to both the vibrancy and health of our communities and the health of our economy. Not to mention the Swag / Sazon we add from a cultural perspective. IYKYK
It’s a shame when certain narratives, especially during politically heightened periods like our 2024 election cycle, overshadow common sense social+education policies and strategies that would serve to lift us all up. Representation and diversity enriches everything and accessibility for Latinos stagnating or becoming worse over past 20 years at selective institutions of higher learning (relative to population data )certainly marks a clear call to action for change.
