Alkemio lets students and educators see what's happening in real-time, ensuring everyone’s on the same page, on track to reach their goals. 🕹️ Interactive Tools: Our digital whiteboards and AI personas enrich the learning experience. 📚 How do we create a safe and collaborative learning environment for students? With the start of the new school year, Alkemio is partnering with educators to explore a new approach to learning. Last year, we worked with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and saw how the combination of their methodology with our flexible platform and its features can enrich the student experience. This year, we’re excited to support Digicampus with students from Delft University of Technology, De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences and mboRijnland. And we’re not stopping there – we'll have more pilots running in some high schools, that will provide us with additional insights into the needs of the education sector. But why are we doing this? Because our platform offers flexibility and control for educators, without losing track of student progress. Teachers can use templates, AI personas for guidance, and creative tools like whiteboards to support real-world projects. We want to make learning interactive, with external organizations contributing to give students real-world experience. Plus, safety is key. Public Interest Tech #2 #BigTech has shaped our digital world. This already has many ramifications. Should we let it control more and more of society? As #technology increasingly moves into health, education, and other key aspects of our lives, the stakes are high. #PublicInterestTech says no. There is a fast-growing movement of people taking action to create tech that puts the interests of people and #society first, not corporations. You want students to succeed? Let them lead. Challenge-Based Learning (CBL) flips the classroom. While lectures and seminars are ever important, so are the real-world problems students will face past their academic journey. CBL puts students in charge of solving real world issues. This is not just a theory. Educators in The Netherlands are already applying this method. Now, add Alkemio to the mix. With digital spaces where students collaborate and co-create with stakeholders (also external to their academic environment), they can track their own progress in real time, and see the results.
