November 15th is the deadline for #healthcare coalitions submitting proposals to Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)'s Health Care Rewards to Achieve Improved Outcomes program, which aims to create a health care system that prioritizes #prevention rather than treatment. Selected coalitions could receive up to $99 million in total #outcomes based payments for achieving meaningful reductions in #opioid #overdoses, alcohol-related health harms, #heartattack and #stroke risk, and severe maternal health complications. But several coalitions need #funding partners to support and scale their solutions. Book time with the Social Finance team supporting this work to learn more about these opportunities and how you can contribute: https://bit.ly/4dB1f1A.

Our latest #ImpactStory highlights the experience of Dometrius, a participant in the Colorado Pay It Forward Fund: After being released from prison in 2020, Dometrius bounced between dead-end jobs. He wanted a career with stability and growth potential, but he was having trouble getting his foot in the door. The Master's Apprentice Program gave him the opportunity he needed. A zero-interest living expense loan, offered through the Colorado Pay It Forward Fund, helped him remain financially stable during the six-week pre-apprenticeship training. “Training with The Master’s Apprentice took up almost all of my time Monday through Friday. The loan helped with my finances, so I was able to focus on learning. I don’t know where I would be without it.” Read Dometrius's story: https://lnkd.in/eZcf9i4u #economicmobility #apprenticeships #outcomes
