The first time she tried to create an amigurumi it took her three days 🙈 We are talking about Stefania Turcato, Partnership Manager at Joinrs, who supports Joinrs' clients in defining recruiting and employer branding strategies. Thanks to her passion for marketing, three years ago she moved to Milan where she graduated at IULM University. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting (it now takes her less than three days to make an amigurumi), taking long walks and watching many TV series while eating her favourite pizza: parmigiana! 🍕 P.s. Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting or knitting small animals 🐢 🐥

15 years of experience in fronted programming: we are talking about Antonio Maralle, Software Developer at Joinrs 👨💻 Antonio is specialised in web and mobile technologies and throughout his career, he has focused on creating engaging and intuitive user experiences through frontend development. Parallel to his professional career, he has practiced his skills on field, building a solid competence base. Beyond work, his passion for music has been a constant companion: he has been playing acoustic and electric guitar for many years, finding inspiration and creativity in this art form. 🎸 He has recently embarked on a new adventure as a father, an experience that is enriching and motivating him to grow both personally and professionally. 😊

An AI Developer is essential at Joinrs, isn't it? 👨💻 For us it's Valerio who develops and trains the artificial intelligence models that allow the processing of job offers at Joinrs. He studied physics and then moved on to Machine Learning and Deep Learning, publishing an introductory book on the subject as well. In his free time he pilots drones, writes articles on Medium and works out at the gym.

The Joinrs team continues to grow, welcome on board Tea! 😊 Her passion for technology started in high school, where coding offered a fascinating alternative to social interaction. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 4-5 years of experience in front-end development and QA automation, she's always eager for new challenges. Technology is more than just a career for her - it's a passion that fuels her desire to learn and grow. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with tennis and chess, and she loves to listen and lose herself in music. Maybe that's why she always has her headphones on, imagining the world around her as a vibrant dance party! 🎶

Can you imagine Joinrs without a UX/UI Designer? 💻 ✏ Impossible! And today we are telling you about our Senior UX/UI Designer, Maria. Born and raised in Colombia, she graduated in Industrial Design and later completed a double degree programme in Italy, studying Systemic Design at the Politecnico di Torino. She is the creative mind behind Joinrs' brand identity. Known for her passion for "caffè macchiato", she can often be found in the office enjoying one, even on cold days. ☕ In her spare time, she loves attending concerts and immersing herself in music and live performances. 🎶 Always cheerful, she brings a joyful presence to the team, and these happy eyes below are what best represent her 😊

Today we'll go back to present a member of our tech team 🖥 As a Software Engineer, Jody writes query and builds APIs to connect what you see with the real data. He studied Computer Science and Engineering, particularly focusing on the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science parts. In his free time he likes to play chess, video games and football. 😎 Today let's talk about our Executive Project Coordinator Lodovico Graepel😎 Lodovico is responsible for transversal and international projects. He moved to Milan 10 years ago for his university studies, he graduated in managerial economics and started his career in a multinational company. Later, he realized that the startup environment was his niche and founded his own in the smart-mobility sector first, before joining Joinrs. He describes himself as a huge tennis fanatic and a 'decent' player (we can agree on that).

😎 Let's talk about Maura Bonelli, Business Development Manager in Joinrs 😎 She has worked for more than 8 years in Italian and International startups and scaleups, all sharing the mission of bringing innovation to companies. Engineer by training and Sales by passion for almost 20 years, in her spare time she loves going to the theater, playing sports, reading novels and taking long walks at the seaside, where she lives with her husband and two children. She used to act in the theater with her theater company and write short stories, who knows, maybe one day she will resume doing so 😉

🤩 Patrizia Rinaldi, our Chief People & Organization Officer 🤩 Patrizia is a Senior Manager with over 18 years of experience in HR. She earned a degree in Business Economics from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a Master's in Personnel Management and Organisation from Bocconi University in Milan. Throughout her career, she has managed all areas of the Human Resources Department, supporting the business during transformation phases and leading teams through periods of change. She began her career at Pirelli Real Estate and then moved to the Ferragamo Group, where her responsibilities grew over the past 12 years she was there to then becoming the Human Resources & Organisation Director for the EMEA region. In 2020, Patrizia decided to focus on comprehensive HR consulting, becoming a strategic outsourcing partner for companies undergoing change and growth. In 2022, Patrizia completed an Executive MBA at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management, where she met Gabriele Giugliano and embraced the Joinrs project, becoming Chief People & Organisation Officer 🤭
