We are grateful for everyone who attended our TBI Outpatient Program 20th Anniversary with us! More than 100 joined us to celebrate 20 years of excellence in traumatic brain injury care. Our incredible program is one of the oldest of its kind in the country, with more than 10 rehabilitation disciplines working together as a team and specialty in all types of brain injury, no matter the severity. As one of the first sexual assault response programs in the nation, the Hennepin Assault Response Team (HART, formerly known as SARS) has been dedicated to creating safe and healing spaces for victim-survivors of violence for 47 years. HART is a department of Hennepin Healthcare with a dedicated team of 24 specially trained forensic nurse examiners and other supportive staff. During Forensic Nurse's Week, we extend a special thanks to these dedicated team members for their continued work in providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
