Throughout my career, I have been blessed to pursue uncharted paths, refine my skills, and act on my belief that everything should advance the equity and liberation of the storytellers, creators, culture movers, and innovators. While living the vision, I never imagined being recognized this way (and not my picture next to the cultural icon herself, Issa Rae). I am thankful for advocates who have supported me and said my name in rooms I was not in, partners who understood the vision and assignment, clients who said "let's go," and mentors who have asked how they can help and cleared a path for me.
