DAWSON Day of Service is an annual event that aims to get our ‘ohana out to support the communities where we live and work. This year, we are feeding ‘ohana with more than a dozen events across the country, including food drives, packing food kits at pantries, serving meals at shelters, and more. Kicking it off was our Denver team, who volunteered at the Food Bank of the Rockies, where pallets were filled with orders going out to families and organizations in need. They packed 103 pallets, or 86,954 pounds of food, which equals more than 70,200 individual meals. The Food Bank of the Rockies is the largest hunger relief organization in the Rocky Mountain region. Since 1978, it has used the power of community to help neighbors in need.
