Meeting the RealPage team members I've worked closely virtually with in person was a highlight too!   I was honored and humbled to have the opportunity to sit on the panel for LOFT Moving session. It was an invaluable experience, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to participate.   I was particularly impressed with how intently the RealPage team listened to our feedback and their willingness to adapt their ideas to better serve our needs. We are thrilled to announce that Dave Ohlrich has joined the AION Management family as our new Chief Operating Officer! Dave began his real estate career in 1987 and has overseen multifamily assets in markets across the eastern United States. He holds extensive expertise in leading operations and capital investment projects for diverse multifamily asset types, ensuring that properties’ revenue milestones are achieved through effective operational strategies, restructuring property management processes to address operational gaps and improve efficiencies, instituting accountability programs to assess performance, managing due diligence for acquisitions, generating detailed business plans and financial models, and implementing improved risk management, insurance, and supplier relations processes. Dave has served in executive roles at organizations including Bonaventure, Avenue5 Residential, Kettler, Federal Capital Partners, NVR, and Equity Residential. Dave received his MBA, and Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and in Engineering, from The University of Michigan. We're thrilled to have Dave on board. His vast experience and innovative approach are already bringing fresh perspectives to AION.
