Since joining in August 2022, Julianny has demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic insight, tackling significant challenges such as low occupancy, aging property conditions, and high delinquency. Through her proactive approach and tenant engagement, she reduced delinquency 85%, while raising occupancy to a stable 95% average at the higher market rates than years prior. Julianny also led a successful renovation program and crucial infrastructure upgrades, greatly enhancing the property's overall performance. Julianny's resourcefulness and dedication have been key to the property's turnaround. She and her team worked tirelessly on in-house projects to cut costs and improve operations, resulting in financial stability and a rising Google rating from 1.8 to 2.2 which is no easy task. Her leadership and commitment to excellence embodies AION Core Values and is a true asset to our company.
