  • HMSA is pleased to announce that it has received provisional approval to participate in the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program. You can learn more on OPM’s website.
  • Visit the PSHB Program website or the USPS LiteBlue website for information on the PSHB Program.
  • Postal Service members that have questions for OPM, please call the PSHB Helpline: 844-451-1261 or email [email protected].

  • Under OPM guidance, the PSHB Program is extending Open Season through Friday, Dec. 13, 2024.
  • All HMSA Postal Service members will receive an ID card on Dec. 18, 2024, at the earliest.
  • Members eligible for the HMSA Medicare Postal Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) will receive another ID card by Dec. 23, 2024, at the earliest, but no later than Dec. 31, 2024.
    • HMSA Medicare Postal Prescription Drug Plan members, please use the ID card received by Dec. 23, 2024.
