The Danish royal family made a landmark joint appearance on Sunday to celebrate King Frederik's 56th birthday.
The monarch appeared on the balcony of Amalienborg Palace in Copenhagen and was joined by his wife Queen Mary, their four children, Crown Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine and his mother, Queen Margrethe.
It was a special occasion for Frederik who celebrated his first birthday since becoming King in January after his mother's abdication.
The king looked dapper in a navy suit which he paired with a red tie as he waved to the crowds.
The Danish queen looked stunning in a bright pink long-sleeved dress No. 21 which she had previously worn before.

Meanwhile, Princess Isabella looked chic in a blue floral dress by Zimmerman, while her sister donned a light blue and white dress by Paul & Joe.
