ESPN reveals its top five schools of 2019 as part of its Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools National Recognition Program. (1:15)

From a list of 34 schools around the nation, ESPN is recognizing five exemplary schools as part of the Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools National Recognition Program. These five schools have met the 10 national standards of inclusion and have been nominated by their state Special Olympics program. The schools below will receive a national banner presentation.

ESPN Top 5 schools in alphabetical order by state:

Colorado: Colorado State University

Florida: Miami Southridge Senior High School

Kentucky: Bullitt East High School

Texas: Hendrickson High School

Washington: Fife High School
