Absolutely! If you’re not happy with Demio, you can request to cancel your subscription at any time and your account will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.

Hosts have the ability to start, run, and stop sessions, while also having all of the permissions of a Presenter. In order to host multiple sessions simultaneously, you will need multiple Hosts on your account.

You can invite up to 15 Presenters & Moderators for each event. These invited Admins will get a unique join link, and they can join from anywhere in the world without requiring any kind of Demio account access.

Presenters will have permission to share any media, as well as moderate chat and attendees. Moderators, on the hand, will only be able to moderate chat and attendees.

Boost is our newest Demio add-on product. It allows your registrants to help increase signups by promoting your event or webinar to their social networks. Demio users can join with a 14-day free trial. At the end of 14 days from activation, you will automatically begin a paid Boost term with the same frequency as your Demio account (annual or monthly).

Showcase is a feature within Demio where you can create a customized collection of your upcoming events and easily embed them on your website. You can personalize the layout, colors, fonts, and other visual elements to create a cohesive and professional look. All you need to do is add a snippet to your web page.

Showcase is available on Growth, Premium, and Unlimited plans.

• Growth users can access one default and one additional Showcase for all of their upcoming events
• Premium & Unlimited users can create an unlimited number of Showcases

Stage capacity is directly related to the total number of concurrent people you can have on stage at one time. If your stage capacity is 6 people, that means you can have up to 6 people on the stage, all sharing their cameras/microphones at one time.
