Whether you’re migrating from a spreadsheet or another CRM, we have processes to help get your data into Close. You can upload from a spreadsheet, import from your existing CRM, or add your data manually. Our team is here to help every step of the way if you have any questions.
Customer support (from real, live humans) is free for all Close customers. Most questions receive a response in under 90 minutes, and it takes less than two responses to resolve fully. We aim to answer your questions quickly (not just send a help article) so you can get back to your business.
Within Close, you can manage your pipeline, contacts, accounts, and communication via email, calls, and texts. Additionally, we offer several tools to help you automate tedious tasks such as logging emails, taking call notes, or setting up reminders to follow up.
