Please be advised that at the September 7
th and 8
th, 2024 meeting of the CKC Board of Directors, a number of amendments were made to the CKC Policy and Procedures Manual, Chapter V, Club Policy, effective immediately.

Club Policy Revision:
"THAT, the Policy and Procedures Manual, Chapter V, Section A, General (11) be amended effective immediately to read as follows:
(11) The President, Vice-President, and either the Secretary and or Treasurer of all CKC-recognized clubs must be Canadian Kennel Club members in good standing. The Officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer) and Directors of all CKC-recognized clubs must be residents of Canada. The names and offices held by these members must be reported to The Canadian Kennel Club within thirty (30) days of an election or filling a vacancy together with a copy of any changes to the current constitution and/or by-laws of the club. Failure to comply may jeopardize the club's recognition and/or events."
