The room had a great space, bed and pillows were comfortable, great breakfast the coconut soup was even better than some restaurants, a really comfy space were the pool is located. You can ask for a massage it was really good and they go to your room so it’s relaxing and private, also you can rent a bicycle there and move around, just be careful at night in the Main Street are a lot of dogs and apparently they bit to some tourist. Also the restaurant near the hotel do not taste good only has a good appearance.

Ruean Thai Hotel is located in Sukhothai, a 3-minute drive from Sukhothai Bus Terminal. It features an outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The receptionist was one of the friendliest people we have met in Thailaand, and was extremely attentive. The staff are attentive even when not needed, and all you have to do is look up and around for one of them to ask you if you need something. This hotel is brimming with old Thai charm, so if you want to stay in an authentic teak house, this is as close as I have seen. The courtyard with the pool was picture perfect. There's even a gift shop with handmade local goods, and the restaurant was fantastic. Beautiful artwork and antiques are all around.

Incredible hotel, brand new, luxurious style. Very-well finished everywhere, with good taste, and very clean. The swimming pool is amazing and offers at sunset a wonderful view towards the mountains. A convenient restaurant is available on site for fair prices. The breakfast included in the morning is very good and offers salty thai and continental food, toasts and fresh fruits. The service was also extremely good. It's a family built and managed business, offering therefore a very high attention to the guests and a very cozy and familial atmosphere. The daughter Aun welcomed us and took care of everything during our stay. The hotel opened just one month ago, hence some services are not operational yet. I don't understand the people complaining about the unavailability of some services, the owners are very kind and are starting something very nice and charming. We should support the initiative. Rooms, amenities, and service are of a top-quality price with a unique family spirit, and the daughter showed a lot of attention and responsiveness to all our requests. Only the localisation is 3/4 since it's hard to reach the old city center/market without bike or motorbike, but at least this hotel is in the area of Old Sukhothai which is already a huge plus compared to New Sukhothai. They picked us up for free at the Old Sukhothai bus station when we arrived and dropped us at our departure. Then, we rented mountain bikes directly at the hotel for 40 baths per person per day and reached the first historical monuments in a few minutes. Highly recommended.
