Very nice rooms and pool facilities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us with renting a car and recommendations. The brunch restaurant next to the hotel is also great and there is a special deal for hotel guests.

Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach. Breakfast is incredible, as is the sunset on the rooftop! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, definitely we will stay here again next time at Naxos.

Amazing experience. Everything was perfect. The attention to detail, Despina and Vassiliki, were exceptional, nothing was ever a problem. They were very attentive, warm and friendly.. They became friends .. Breakfast was great, offering different and traditional foods. The pool was beautiful .. we used it everyday.. great way to unwind and relax with a glass of wine

Photos do not do the sunset justice one of the best I have seen in Greece.

Nice rooms Fantastic Pool 50 meters walk to beach Good breakfast Special thx to Esmeralda, she was already the online contact upfront when I booked the stay and she was then available onsite. She is the reason why the trip is unforgettable. Downside (if any). The hotel restaurant is not that good. But, this was not a problem at all, in walking distance (recommended by Esmeralda) there are plenty of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars.

The staff was so accommodating and sweet. Marios and Chris were the best! I didn’t want to leave. Will definitely return.
