Ideally set in Chengdu, Xishu Garden Inn - Travel Agency service - Car Rent service - English Speaking features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. One of the best hotels in my life, I'm quite picky though. At first I messed up the location cause on Google maps and MapsMe it showed the old address. It was at night, the receptionist was so caring and kind that called a taxi for me (free!), upgraded my room and sold me delicious panda beer ;-) The hotel was extremely beautiful and super modern equipped, breakfast was modest yet tasty, the staff were wonderful. Actually that night was the best part of my vacation!

The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.

Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). Very homey and comfortable. The staff was lovely, especially Frank, Kimberly, and Belle. I absolutely loved the free laundry service and coffee/tea and water in my room.
